1. Introduction
INMO is committed to creating a safe and secure environment for all users, particularly minors. We strictly prohibit any content or behavior related to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in accordance with Google Play’s Developer Policy and international laws. This policy outlines our standards, detection mechanisms, reporting procedures, and enforcement actions to prevent, detect, and respond to CSAE-related activities.
2. Policy Scope
This policy applies to all users, content, features, and services provided through the INMO app. It covers:
User-generated content (UGC)
Images, videos, text, and media files
Messaging and communication features
Third-party integrations and APIs
3. Prohibited Content and Behavior
INMO strictly prohibits the following:
Content that depicts, describes, promotes, or glorifies CSAE
Distribution, solicitation, or possession of CSAE materials
Grooming, exploitation, or predatory behavior towards minors
Any activities that facilitate child trafficking, exploitation, or abuse
4. Detection and Prevention Mechanisms
INMO employs a multi-layered approach to detect and prevent CSAE:
Automated Content Moderation: AI-driven tools for detecting inappropriate content, including image and text scanning.
Human Review: A dedicated content moderation team reviews flagged content.
Age Verification: Mechanisms to prevent underage users from accessing inappropriate areas.
Regular Audits: Periodic reviews of content and user activities to ensure compliance.
5. Reporting Mechanisms
Users can report CSAE-related content through:
In-App Reporting Tools: Easy-to-use reporting options for quick flagging.
Dedicated Email: contact@inmo.xyz for urgent concerns.
Law Enforcement Collaboration: Immediate reporting of verified CSAE cases to relevant authorities.
6. Enforcement and Response
Upon detecting CSAE-related content or behavior:
The content is immediately removed.
The user’s account is suspended or permanently banned.
Reports are made to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement as required.
Cooperation with legal authorities for investigations.
7. Data Retention for Investigations
INMO retains relevant data for a legally mandated period to assist with investigations. This includes:
User metadata
Content logs
Communication records
8. Training and Awareness
Our staff undergoes regular training on CSAE identification, reporting, and content moderation best practices.
9. Legal Compliance
INMO complies with all applicable CSAE-related laws, including:
U.S. PROTECT Act
EU Directive on Combating Sexual Abuse and Exploitation of Children
Local and international child protection regulations
10. Policy Review and Updates
This policy is reviewed annually and updated as needed to reflect changes in legal requirements, technological advancements, and best practices.
