Standard Return Policy
There are a few things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from INMO:
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Only items that have been purchased directly from INMO, can be returned to INMO. Apple products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the merchandise that was included when you received it.

If your item was delivered to you damaged, you are eligible for a return. Please email a photo with your order # to contact@inmo.xyz and we will process your return.
If your item was missing or stolen, please reach out to contact@inmo.xyz and we will handle the return.
How do I return my items?
Once you email contact@inmo.xyz we will send you return instructions for your card.
